Yes I have started self injection of silicone into my cock and ball sack, Yes I am using a med grade silicone and yes I know what I am doing. I have been researching the how and whats of doing silicone for almost a decade, I recently talked to a few men who have silicone and also have done it themselves. It was at that time that I decided to undertake this drastic and very permanent mod. I have a background in medicine and i know how to maintain a sterile environment during the injection to reduce that chance of infection. I do not expect anyone to follow what I have done. I will not divulge where I got my supplies from. This is for the safety of others here so that they might not do something to themselves they would later regret or by accident hurt or even kill themselves due to not having the knowledge to do this correctly.
