Search the internet for "heating foil 12v". There are many different shapes araund. Mine is 12V/36W and has the size of 137x320mm.
Some of the foils do have an adhesive side. Connect a "DC regulated power supply" to it. I use mine at about 9 Volt.

Oh! And be careful, don't burn your marbles! I dit it once A cup of wather will spreat the heat equally. Try not to go above body temp...

You see, drinking lots of wather or hot tea ist one of the keys. I drink at least three litres the day before and the same amount just before and while pumping.
A warm zylinder speeds up the pump process as well. Wrap a heating cushion around your zylinder.

And there it comes, this is what i think is the main reason for my huge pump success:
Do short pressure peaks every few seconds. This way you'll massage the fluids right into your sac! You should always feel comfortable with the peaks. Start slowly, it should never hurt.
This is allot of hand work if you do i manually. Some of you may have a pump machine and may use the power switch to do the peaks. I have build a pump machine my self doing exactly this.

(btw: Please don't ask for machines or zylinders, i wont sell these)
