doniger_guy you are on the right route! The controller i use is switching the solenoid valves as soon as a set point (lower or upper) is reached. There is NO timer involved (The "egg" timer as mentioned before is just an other task for the display) The level is measured using a 0-5V pressure sensor. To get that fast ramp you need a very strong pump, minimum 15L pump volume a minute. This is a big and expensive machine. The solenoid must have a bore of 4mm, i use VDW350 from SMC. Yes, the pump is running without interruption, as you say. I use both functions of the pump, sucking and blowing. This is why i use two of the solenoid valves. The solenoids are switching between X and II path. The coil of tubing is a actually a buffer to get a smooth switching between the states. The two power supplys on the botten are for the pump and the other one for the heating pad on the tube. Yes, the tube is heated to a comfortable temperature

Your pump results look marverlous. My technique is much simpler. I have a baby frank milking pump. Works great for me. It is highly adjustable, pressure and duration of pump and release cycle. I love it. I used to pump for size, now I just pump for lust. Reading the e paper in the morning with some sack&cock stimulation makes it easier to read about the monsterous daily events.
For size I fill half a litre of Gl5%. Doesnt sound like much, but thats the size, shape and weight I prefer to spend a day . Especially now, that the summer seems to start here, when we dont have to wear that many layers of coats to keep warm........

Hi, Just wanted to say I really love watching your video of how huge you pump and the routine you use to get it fantastic
. I Have a digi pump which I can programme but it doesn't drop the pressure quickly like your pump does , umm I am wondering if you have any tips advice as to what would be a good routine or time how many seconds to maybe programme it op try and get a the effect you get etc

Thx tim! What pump do u use? My pump is dropping the pressure active, it is pumping fresh air into the tube. Most of the pumps do this passive, they just open an inlet somehow...

Hello, Thanks for such a quick reply.
I'm using the CTC digital maximize know as the dp=4000. I guess it doesn't pump free air in etc , probably just reduces pressure. its ok , because you can progamme it to say pump at 4hg for 20 seconds and then 3hg for say 15 seconds , but it does not have the power or ability to reduce/increase quickly
anyway I keep playing around with it to see if its possible to get a big pump from it by setting the pressures up and down , but no real improvments yet .
you look amazing and it must feel wonderful.

Search the internet for "heating foil 12v". There are many different shapes araund. Mine is 12V/36W and has the size of 137x320mm.
Some of the foils do have an adhesive side. Connect a "DC regulated power supply" to it. I use mine at about 9 Volt.

Oh! And be careful, don't burn your marbles! I dit it once A cup of wather will spreat the heat equally. Try not to go above body temp...
