I might be talking out my ass here, but I can't see how a cheap TENS unit can do the job right. I paid about £120 ($200 Cnd) for my Nexus box, and that was about %25 off the regular price.

I doubt any one gets the same sexual response from e-stim. There are so many variables. Waveform type, signal frequency and strength, electrode positioning, etc. That's part of the fun and the experimentation involved in e-stim.

From what I understand, a lot of cheaper e-stim units put out a jagged waveform, which feels more like a buzzing sensation, while the best units deliver a smooth sinewave waveform, which apparently is more pleasurable. The better unit also let you use more complex signal variations and allow for audio input, giving a much wider range (virtually unlimited) of programming choices.

So, if you're looking for an HFO, I doubt your unit can deliver that. In my case, the only method of getting an HFO off of my unit is to place one electrode in my anus, up against my prostate, and the other one in my urethra or the glans. I've had about nine HFOs, but it takes some work to get there, and lots of power. As the Ringo Starr song goes: "It Don't Come Easy".

Apart from the high price point, is the ET-312 considered the "Cadillac" of e-stim power boxes? I see that thing in so many e-stim porn images and videos. I find it difficult to see why this device has to cost to damn much.
