Hard section on one of my balls

I have been pumping for over 8 years. Had prostate removal 7 years ago an have had no issues until recently. I have notice that there is a section of one ball that is very hard in comparison to the other one. Over 30 years ago, I had a Vasectomy done and those tubes for the Vas Defrons were disconnected. During Prostate surgery, they disconnect and remove everything else connecting your balls to the rest of your body. So I'm guessing that the only thing connected to them is the blood vessels. Has anyone else had any similar experiences like this? I'm heading to the doctor soon if this doesn't go away.
