Online visibility

So here's something. Obviously we all like saline/pumping/modding etc. I'm sure we'd all love to get more and more people involved.
This has lead me to wonder how many guys have an online presence, be it on an app or adult website that talks about/has photos of saline/pumping? I know that personally I have only seen one guy, but it would be nice to see more!
I think a lot of people could be recruited through the scruff app!
