is it ok to warm up saline, let it cool down and the use some other time..
was just asking myself if that's safe...cause i dont want an infection...

I assume as long as the bag is unopened and not leaking it should be fine. It would remain sterile from bacteria as long as its not opened to air exposure. I mean the bag must go through a multitude is temperature changes on route to the venders and then the delivery to your place. I'd keep it around. If you are afraid though and just don't know then just toss it. Always Always better safe than sorry.
