Do you pump with the dp4000 all the time or a hand pump you are packing some big tubes That's awesome

How do you manage to get it to grow like this in the tube? Are you doing it at low pressure for hours and hours continuously? Or on high pressure and pushing through pain for less time?
If I pump for an hour I might get a little fluid build up on the bottom of my foreskin and I find that evening my erection quality is diminished, I imagine if I tried to emulate what you're doing I wouldn't be able to get a proper erection for days.
