NO. Oxygen is the most dangerous gas to use for inflation. One tiny air bubble gets in your blood stream and you can die. Personally, all gas inflation is like playing Russian roulette.

No more dangerous for the reasons stated by you but O2 at 100% will damage tissue.

No sir.
Use N2O or other gas your body will absorb.
Yes you will absorb O2 but when pure it will damage tissue.
I use N2O to inflate my breast tissues.
Just for the hell of it I inflate until pain makes me stop.
I then wait for about five min or until pressure decreases to comfortable level.
During the waiting period I hook the tube just used to a liter of normal injectable saline.
With the tissue all full of gas the fluids flow in four or more times faster.
This is roughly measured by time to infuse 500CC.
Also the gas has moved way out into tissue the fluids take hours to get to without the gas.
Makes for massive saline infused breasts
The rapid inflaton via gas is fun.
The larger infusuion of saline is even more fun.
I am infused right now with 1000cc in each breast. Took about 45 minutes instead of two or more hours
without the N2O
Been infused about five hours not so they have softened up a bit.
Look and feel more natural.
When first infused after hanging the saline about five feet above the infusion site the pressure is
about 2.5Lbs per square inch. Makes the hard. Very hard.
Push way out, feel un natural and look a little unreal.
Now they look like natural tits and move like them also.
Women where I hang out like to feel to see if they are real.

No sir not at all.
One tiny bubble of anything normaly use will not hurt you at all.
We infuse very small amounts of Ozone at cancer sites. The free O2 molecule kills the cancer.
Also some Dr.'s infuse very slowly a small stream of Ozone O3 into blood stream for the same purpose.
It is still a controversial treatment but some swear by it.
I really have not at this time formed a professional opinion except I no you can kill those cells with O2.
Be very careful.
Just to see what the effects are I have used a small amount of air in scrotum.
Takes a very long time to absorb it and it travels.
I had a large uncomfortable bubble inside my partinum just under the diphram.
It hurt in some positions, made deep breaths a little difficult. Air is not good.
Also did the same with breasts. The gas migrated up my head and pooled around my sinuses.
Made hearing crazy for a few days. Made talking sound like a very bad cold.
This is way too close to the brain for comfort.
I have had these symptoms with N2O breast infusion but it lasts for only a few hours. Five or six at most.
In extreme case whole neck and under jaw and around to under ear is very obviously inflated.
N2O under pressure also migrates up to shoulder and down arm. It can be seen and itches like crazy.
O2 is dangerous. Use it to breath only briefly for hang over etc.
Don't burn your lungs. Be safe.
Remember. If you die you won't get to do this unless those who believe in reincarnation are right..
