sure, this tube is a custom long Johnny ( 4" x 12" ) which is 3 inches longer than the standard pump toys long Johnny which is 4 inches in diameter and 9 inches long. I bought it a few years ago when i stated packing the standard one regularly. I can't pack this one yet and this pic shows me at about 11 inches. cheers ellery

pumping today

I pump almost daily and infuse a few times a month. I love the synergy of both efforts. The continual stretching of skin and sinew that pumping does and the extreme expansion of infusion benefits each effort. Here is a pic after a big infusion which is the result of both infusing and pumping.
