Back again. After trying many things it seems the photo I was trying to add was in some way corrupt althought everything looked OK. Anyway, I think I've sorted that.

None whatsoever, but I have to say that's certainly a level of commitment few guys would undertake, IMHO. Awesome pics though.
Why do the balls appear to be perfectly formed? Or does the skin heal up and leave a nice looking smooth surface?
Oh yeah, the video was just awesome. A real visual treat. I've never seen anything quite like it. Any other videos or pics would be welcomed.

Several years ago I went on a trip to India with my Indian girl friend. Glad you liked the video, incidentally I do not agree with the comments of the person who posted that video on HEAVY-R. I was Googling for something and this page came up, one that I had contributed to long ago.
In answer to your question "is there a safe,easy procedure to split the scrotum", if you still want to know, the answer is probably "yes". You will not get a medical professional to do it, they want to keep their jobs! But if you were able to find a highly recommended experienced "cutter" who has medical training, then it should be as safe as any operation you might have done in hospital. The trouble is that such people are rare, and do not advertise their services publicly.

I imagine that seperation of the balls is not done with cutting. If you will avoid scars my best opinion is to clamp for a long time, so the skin clamped more or less will be thin as paper. An the skin besides the clamped will heal without scars. As you will see on the first picture. Any experience?
I imagine it could be a nice feeling having to balls swinging independent.
If any good experience I will give it a try.

As my first body mod, this is what I want done. The only problem is finding the right person (s) to do it. I'd be willing to fly out of the country if necessary.
