Hi! If anyone is interested, I've tried to make a simulation of how it would look like to have the 5,75 inch large equine neuticles. Well, living with them would be really insane (in a good sense)

Great pic and really neat 'bag'! Looks like a soft gel-like pouch or is it 'hard-shell' ? Would be great to accentuate size while wearing thong or pants. Magnificent balls, BB.

Unfortunately nothing new, I'm still saving money (and it goes a lot slower than I thought because of unrelated unexpected expenses).
Bigballsnow, I'm happy you like the simulation. I would love to have this result - it reminds me Gregg - but because of the impracticality, I will not
How do you currently look from the front? Are scars still visible?
I created these latex balls to simulate roughly the size I want. They are about 9 cm (3,5 inch) in the longest part.
I LOVE them! I couldn't believe how hideable they are and that they don't hinder my movement at all (I've been even climbing with them).

DK great photos of your desired size! I hope you know that your middle picture is quite attainable with full package pumping instead of surgery. It takes time and dedication but is very real and pleasurable along the way, just saying.

Yes, it is so concealable and normal looking that I started to play with the idea of going even bigger in the end
I'm afraid that pumping could lead to damage of testicles, so the surgery might be less risky and even less permanent solution (reversible in case of dissatisfaction)
