Surgery which went wrong

Looking at prothetic testicles because of castration due to cancer. I'd really like to have implants that are heavy like having ball weights on 24/7. Has anyone heard of options made of surgical steel or something with more weight than silicone?

Once (years ago) a Doctor i knew privat said to me, there are siloconecimplants vor balls wich have kinde of a pocket were the real testicl is placed an fixed. But this half protetic ball is then fixt to the bottom of the sack… and pumping is no more allowed.

I got a spermatocele so one ball has the size of between an duc egg and an avocado…. I got used to it and i like it very much but the second Ball is significant smaller an i want it as big as the other one….

Maybe i find the strength to ask me doctor who diagonsted the Spermatocele to find a solution.

As long as we are dreaming I would like a giant par of neuticles like that, but inside I'd want them to be solid steel. And the. Coated in a 1cm this layer of softer silicone. Wow that would be great.

Ich bin auch am überlegen mir Implantate einzusetzen. Die auf dem Bild sind 6 x 4 cm. Weiß bloß noch nicht ob ich es selbst mache oder im Studio. Vielleicht gibt mir jemand noch ein Rat der es schon getan hat ? Mit der Größe weiß ich auch noch nicht, gleich noch ne Nummer größer?

Die Implantate haben jeweils 60g und sind super soft und aus lebensmittelechten platinvernetzten Silikon. Ich könnte auch 8 x 5 cm bekommen aber das wird riesig! Wenn ich ehrlich bin kann ich es kaum erwarten operiert zu werden.

Da Du diese mangels Sterilität ohnehin nicht mehr einsetzen solltest - go for size. Allerdings entnehme ich dem Post weiter oben, daß der Winter als Jahreszeit eher ungeeignet sein dürfte, da zu viel Wechsel kalt/warm. Willst du sie unter die echten einsetzen? In jedem Fall die Zeit zum Stretchen nutzen.

Steril bekommt man die Implantate im Schnellkochtopf bei 120 Grad. Das mit dem Winter ist ein guter Punkt! Die Größe ist unproblematisch da geht bestimmt mehr. Beim Probetragen fällt es nicht auf! Die 8 cm Implantate haben dann schon 100 g je Stück

5 1/2 Tausend Öcken? Für ne Sache von wenigen Minuten...da ist ganz schön viel Schmuddelkram-Zuschlag drin. Und in der Tat wird da so klein wie möglich rauskommen, um die medizinische Grenzüberschreitung gering zu halten. 100 Gramm (×2) sind jetzt auch nicht wirklich dramatisch, jeder mickrige Ballstretcher hat mehr. Den man aber, zugegeben, wieder ablegen kann. Und daher muß vor echter Belastung alles 1a verheilt sein. Also brauchst du solange nen sicheren äußeren "Halter" für min. 6-8 Wochen.

Back in from the 1930s to 1950s, a cobalt(?) alloy called Vitallium was used for prosthetic testicles. Though I don't see any reason why a modern surgical steel alloy wouldn't work just as well.

The Vitallium balls went out of fashion prior to the founding of the FDA, so they were never officially approved even though the Veterans' Administration hospitals would implant them. Even if you found a pair somewhere, you might have problems finding a doctor to do the surgery. I also suspect the Vitallium balls were hollow so they wouldn't weigh any more than the real ones.

If you're not using a formally licensed doctor for the procedure, or go someplace where that's not a requirement, you could get surgical steel implants. You might find someone on Etsy or someplace to make castings from your carved patterns, or mail-order some chunks of steel and spend some quality time with the grinder, files, and sandpaper.

Ich denke die 60 g reichen fürs erste, die sind um genau zu sein 62 x 42 mm. Mit den Chirurgen ist es schade das da für so ne Sache nicht wirklich was gutes in Ausicht ist das Professionel machen zu lassen. Bei der weiblichen Brust ist das ja kein Thema! Wo bleibt die Gleichberechtigung. Und wegen der Sterilität keine Sorge, da besorge ich noch ein frisch versiegeltes sterilen Pärchen. Da muss man sich nur noch trauen das durchzuziehen und den Sack aufschneiden. Flüssiges Silikon ist für mich keine Option!
