Have you ever just gone away from pumping for a month plus? What does all that meat look like in the absence of pumping?

When I don't pump for awhile, I wear weights, it really feels odd if I free ball and don't wear weights when not pumping.

My skin seems to be permanently thicker after the lymphatic fluids recede. It takes time to blow it all back up again.

I have done some rudimentary stretching, but not consistently enough to get good results.
Going to try to do better during this long break.
