Finding a piercier near west virginia help!

So what, 2 months ago i posted a topic about the double apa? I've been trying to find a place to do this since then. I did have a great place lined out, i was told it was the best place for that kinda work to be done, and i had a few conversations with their pierciers and got to the point where i had an appointment, the guy even wanted to have a student watch to see how it was done, but when i made the 2 hour trip to have it done he left early! I was even nice about it and asked for a new appointment but its obvious hes avoiding me.
I'm still trying to get in contact with him (like casually so i dont appear like a stalker), but i'm having doubts about him for acting this way (2 months!).
I need other ideas of trusted piercers that could do this for me! Again i live in west virginia.
