Your ball needle play

I would love to do that but I don't know where to buy the needles. Where did you get your needles? What gauge did you use? Tell me honestly now, how bad did it hurt putting those needles into your balls then removing them? I've heard the testicles themselves don't have much feeling of pain. Did you have any negative after effects? Very cool, dude, and very brave.
