Although I'm still larger than I was I have felt like adding more recently. I might do some over this weekend. but been finding pumping is much more satisfying now.
this is 30mins in a 2.5 inch tube. Might try for 2-3hrs tonight.

Excellent pump photos ! Obviously everything has been fine up to now or you wouldn't be thinking about adding more ! Looks easy for you to fill the diameter of a 2.5" tube .

yeah I always pull the plunger back before pushing. Study your veins etc and remember those areas as once you fill up to a certain amount you won't be able to see them as easily.
only really got this pic of injection. the needle is halfway in.
I found it takes about a week to inject a whole tube of KY. just try to open it and put lid back on with it touching anything and keep things clean.

That looks like a large diameter needle ! Are you still using saline before following it with KY ? That might be a reason you have had such good results with even distribution.

yeah I still inject some saline first or a mix of saline and KY. Helps it spread out and makes it easier to know your injecting in a void.

God I wish some of the guys that do their sacks would do this and post the result.
Seems like something that could be great but I am guessing the practicality of walking around enormous for weeks would be a little hard for most.

Has anyone tried this stuff? It's a surgical lubricant, sterile, latex free, water soluble, and bacteriostatic. From comparing online with surgilube it seems to be similar from what I can see

No. I've not done any more. Just been pumping. I will do some more though. I have been thinking about it and want to try and do another complete tube at some point. Still not back to normal size, so think that'll leave me fat enough for a long time.

Hi im trying my ky injections but can only seem to get a small amount under skin won't spread out any ideas??

It should start spreading after a couple minutes but initially you will get a big lump at the injection site. You can also dilute the KY with some saline to help it spread. I usually just keep injecting, eventually it spreads all around my cock

In your cock I would start with 30ml of KY. It expands quite a lot and makes everything super tight, especially when you're wearing a cock ring.
