My thoughts are that the plug is not big enough. Maybe a taper would work better, my plug gets to 9 + mm at the top of the taper and will stay in. It does take some effort to get it in and that also may be your problem. It needs to take some strain to get in so it snaps into place. Steelpleasures surely has something for you or Ralph can make you something custom. Good stuff from him for sure. I have both a tapered version and one with a bump in it, both stay in pretty good, the taper is easier to get in, the one with the bump goes in a little harder.

Well... My second attempt wasn't much better.
It has a 10mm wide spot and a long taper. It went in too easy, and pushes right back out on it's own.

I am making my second attempt at a PW.My first was 50mm long with a tapered section that was 40mm long and went from 10mm to 8mm over the length of the taper. It would slide right out. Bummer but only my first attempt. For my second try i will make it 60mm long with a taper running over about the same length as the first try, about 40mm. I have a 12.5mm stopper section built into 2nd try with a gap, then a bump before the taper. Stainless I have a ? about the one you posted on the 1st page of this thread. How long is the spacing between the stopper section and the beginning of the taper. I am thinking mine will be something just short of 10mm. This will allow the bump to go past the catch point on me and still be able to stay in with relative comfort. I will post pictures when i get done with it.

I'm posting these again, they may be some that are not showing up because of board problems. The size needed to make the PW snap into place needs to be large enough to make getting it in pretty hard and requires some pushing and stretching and plenty of good lube. Here are some shots showing my sizing, at lease what works for me, please feel free to use these as a guide. I know that steel pleasures has used these and is making them.

I would consider LTW to be like a day or so, at least over night etc. It really depends on your comfort level and how well the PW fits and stays in.
