it's not so that after you make a meatotomy or even a subincision you can push in bigger sounds.your urethra channel stay the same sice.

i have a partial meatotomy. i cut mine originally when i got one of those penis plugs stuck in my cock. the only way to get it out was to snip the opening a bit. it finally popped out and where i snipped healed but never closed up like it was. since i was really interested in sounding i started researching meatotomy. and yes BME is a great place for pics of different degrees of this. i made a decision to go for a partial one, just enough to allow for a good size sound. i used the crush and snip method. that hardest part was closing the hemostat to that first click. cutting was simple with some sharp scissors. I can insert a 12mm sound and could probably stretch it farther if i tried. here is a pic of my cock with some rings on it and it shows the underside of my glans.
