I was too, but if you want a trick, order some Emla cream from BME, smear it on your cock and swab some inside your urethra to at least the point of the piercing and stick a condom over your cock for half an hour. Do this about half an hour before your piercing appointment. When you go in, you won't even know someone was touching your cock, let alone had a piercing. I don't get the psychology of people that wanting the piercing for pain. I love the look and feel, but if you like the pain, you need your head checked. Also, make sure you have a few days off after your piercing...you won't be wanting to wear pants.

Used EMLA creme on my last PA and Nip piercings and it went a whole lot smoother, should have used some on Guiche (2) and they could have been in a better position.

great piercing I have one with a horse shoe. and love it. my lover loves it also. toolk a long time to get it streched to a 0 gauge though. now working on stretching to a 00

I have my nipples, balls, and cock pierced, although my PA is only 4 gage. I never heard of this cream. Since I want to get a ladder, I will look into it, I'm not into pain but love piercings.
