I use warm water 99% of the time when pumping. It softens the skin for better stretch and gets the blood flowing.

I like my ASTJ better than anything I have tried. It is very convenient and easy to use for warm water pumping. BTW, IS THIS SITE SLOWING DOWN......AGAIN???Re: sun tea jar

Great STJ results, guys. <br>I always start with my STJ now, then move to the MT if i get too big for the opening. And I always water pump with my heating pad.
