if you ever tried to insert the twin balls on a rod you would know that it is quite difficult. Been there, done that - however without the urethal tube.
The whole setup was invented by a German company (Edelstahl-X-Design), unfortunately they don't have it on their website anymore. Of course it was much higher in price, around 110 Euro if I recall correctly.

Looking forward to reports on the Chinese copycat.
