Help adding video clips to this forum

I cant find a place to ask listed so i'll ask here since this is where i wish to post my video clips. Every time i try to add one, the page says i'm adding an empty file yet i can see it exists and i know its not empty. So just how can i get the darn video clips onto the forum since ive tried MOV and Zip formats yet still nothing will load onto the posting page.

I've given up trying to add pictures or videos. Everytime I attempt to, I end up in frustration, in my failure.

If anyone knows how to complete this. I'd appreciate your assistance.

I have added pictures, no problem, however video's are another situation.

Where it says upload attachment click on that, browse (in your files) then add the file. BUT it can only be soo big otherwise it gets kicked out. so those who have problems uploading pictures they are too big, so shrink them, as for the videos I have no idea.

I've found that if you keep the vids under 2meg then it's OK, otherwise I've had the same problem you guys talk about. Give it a try!
