hi everybody - haven´t post for a while. since now i pumped very unregulary. for the new year i decided to pump min. 4 times a week and iám very happy about the result.

two-stage pumping
been using one for close to 3 yrs now and wouldn't go to another tube
unless it was a monstertube.
two-stagers are the only way to pump, especially if you want everything
to get big.
