My smart pump workout; first I preset the pump to interval pump at 20. Then I start, five minutes at 30 steady vacuum then I run program 6 at 20 for 25 minutes of intervals. Then hold a steady vacuum of 25 for three minutes then intervals of 20 for twenty four minutes and then finish with a steady vacuum for three minutes at 30. Hope that works for you as it does for me.
