It comes with many different sized rings that it attaches to and it’s not meant to add a lot of torsion to make it an active stretch but only meant to hold the flaccid extended to heal in that position which is what I really need. I gained up to an inch and some but I loose it since I’m a grower and don’t wear all day stretchers. I’m trying one month of stretching one month of healing seeing if I can change that. Currently only half an inch gain is solidified.
