I just saw now the photos of the operation... and they are really horrible.. I cannot imagine some men act like this...

HOLY COW! .... uh, sorry for the pun. That dude looked like he was awake the whole time. I too thought the same thing the instant I saw the gay poster in the background ... I knew that wasn't a professional surgeon in a professional medical facility.

Like someone else said ... to each their own. Let's just hope the guy didn't come down with gangrene or something. But ya gotta admit, they look nice! 8)
