First Time Pump User

Hello everyone, i'm glad I found this site :D
I used my pump for the first time tonight for 20 minutes. The girth did get much larger.
I have a small penis to start :( its nice to see it a little thicker (for now anyway). I also have a problem with pre-cum. During foreplay or just kissing I will get a good amount come out, kinda embarrassing. Is there anything that I can do about that ?
