I have just put a clamp on. I marked it with a permanent marker at 5 mm and 10 mm. I numbed my glans with Xylocain 2% gel. No pain. I will keep the clamp closed for 1 hour, then I will carefully cut.

The first 5 mm are cut. It was absolutely problem-free, painless and bloodless.

Question for those with a meato, how does it affect your stream when you urinate? Does it drip, do you still have a constant predictable flow? Or is it like a sprinkler?

To bucket: you get two streams, a normal one and a second one that goes more downward.

What's your stream doing? Spray, dribble, going sideways? It might be best to see a urologist first.

When I piss the stream varies. Mostly it will be a wide stream but sometimes it splits in 2. Or 3 to 4 different streams if I have an erection. I can still use a urinal but mostly sit to piss because it's pretty unpredictable.
