Popping a Surgilube Bubble

So I injected another 10ml of Surgilube on each underside of the penis and a couple weeks later there are two medium sized lumps one on each side now that are just under the skin about the size of marbles. I am pretty sure by now they are encapsulated but squishy still. Anyone had any luck popping these or using an 18 gauge or 20 gauge needle to drain the Surgilube or make a hole so you can squeeze the Surgilube out? Never had any side effects or symptoms before with the Surgilube. I think I just injected too shallow or the Surgilube didn't spread out under the skin or bunched up during the day walking around and made a lump. Any ideas?
