Gentlemen. I recently purchased an Oxball XL and a 3" straight tube to start ball and cock pumping in. I've pumped the last few nights but want to make sure I am doing this correctly. I have been told to try 1 hour at 3 or 4HG with a break and massage every 15 min. After 45 min I had to stop. Even though the pressure is not that high I get a slight pain in my groin area. I will assume this is something to be expected. Also I have noticed that my ball sac is not large like the other guys in their pics when I'm done, But my testicles do seem to be swollen . They of course return to original size a few hours later but I was hoping to have both ball and sac swollen. It takes a while to get use to the pressure. It does help if you enjoy a little ball pain.
Things that help.
It helps to be tuned on, so the less you cum the better.
Drink lots of water before during and after.
Start pressure low and work up as you go. 2-5 psi
Get stoned if you like weed
Drink alcohol if you drink
Poppers if you do poppers
Watch porn
Try to work up to a break every 30 minutes (I break every 60 to 90 minutes)
Do over think pumping, just enjoy it. The size and what works for you will come.
Set up an area in the house for pumping if you can, do you don’t have to spend time sitting up.
Good luck and enjoy, take it slow and before you know it, you’ll be an addicted pumper.

It took me months to get use to the feel of ball pumping.
I would pump in a straight tube. Take the air pressure up and down until it felt comfortable and then up the pressure and try to hold it and get a good stretch. My real size increase occurred when I switched to an STJ first then my Bull Master.
My recommendation is to push longer then you are currently doing. And skip the massaging. I suspect that is your biggest issue. You want the fresh blood flow but you are stimulating the area making it pain sensitive then experiencing discomfort when back in the tube.
You will figure out what works best for you. Just keep at it.

I agree with Neon and Toledo - it took me a long time to take any kind of vacuum level ball pulping - 5inHg on cock was fine even as a newbie, but 3 inHg was plenty on the balls. In retrospect I would have used an STJ or just any old jar, and I would have used hot water - hot as a nice hot bath. Both those still make ball pumping a lot easier and faster and more pleasurable.
