Hi all. I've been cock pumping for 9 months or so now but have only done full package once or twice in that time.
I recently removed my frenulum so I haven't pumped for 2.5 weeks at this point. This has given me time to think about my pumping and I think I've been overdoing it on the penis pumping and I'm not getting the uniform results I'd like as a result. Too much too fast. I've even considered giving it up, but I've been dying to get back in the tube as well
My frenulum still needs a bit more healing time so I started thinking perhaps a full package pump would be a bit more gentle on the healing wound and let me keep my foreskin forward. I then started thinking perhaps full package pumping is something I need to incorporate into my routine to stop my cock getting over pumped and even out my growth a bit.
Well, sounded like as good an excuse as any to get back into pumping after a few weeks off! So here is my first in many future full package pumps. It was only a half hour session after a 5 minute warmup set, so I'm pretty happy with the results. Felt great to be pumping again!

I know yesterday was my first pump in weeks and I should rest, but I couldn't resist getting back in the tube.

Did about 45 minutes all up and used a hot water bottle. Got much bigger balls and my cock swelled up heaps more. Felt really good to have such hard balls with my varicoceles feeling hard and lumpy. Couldn't resist draining them afterwards.

Quick question for the experts; I pumped with the full package ring on tonight. Is there any risk or benefit to that?

Another great pump, so sexy, as for pumping with ring on, I do it too but with a bandage wrapped around as I have no formal silicon ring, I use it to secure that area as I found, likely due to a hernia I got repaired decades ago from logging work, that area where the hernia was tended to swell or lump up but by using a bandage or ring it helps to stop that, I also think that by stopping that bit being expanded so much the balls take on a better sexier shape hanging from the body…..I do love looking at and having large balls and swollen cock, keep up the good work

Had a day off then decided to just do 40 minutes in the jar tonight. Didn't get any pics cause I had it all wrapped up with a hot water bottle, but here's an after pic.
Loving how full and low my balls are, and this time the varicoceles aren't at all swollen! Which is odd, but good I guess. I was actually in the shower before my session having second thoughts about package pumping. I've had a hydrocele and varicoceles for 20 years with no issues. I don't want issues to start now so I'm liking this pump tonight.
Maybe they swelled up last time from 2 days in a row as a beginner to ball pumping?

Looking good, nice to play with at that size, well any size really, hydrocele should be fine , I have one myself, it will enlarge when you pump as you would expect but mine always returns to the size it normally is after a few days between pumping
