It's very easy use a 8mm glass or tile drill bit no hammer and go slow, takes about 10mins, wrap the jar with a towel.and lay on its side, you wrap.it just encase you shatter it or it cracks, use no water when drilling, go.slow or you will burn the bit

Great results man.👍
I need to go to Ikea to get one of those jars, it would go well with my collection of jars.

My favorite way of feeling the heat in the Ikea jar is the sunlight in my garden!

I have filled the whole jar, with the help of saline. But for a long time, I hardly could get out. Now I use the jar to feel the vacuum or to regrow after an infusion.

Wow what an absolute massive sack! That hydrocele is growing like crazy. Has the other side started growing as well yet?

Yea the latest scan showed the right nut is starting to turn into.or form a new hydrocele.

Left nut appears to be maxed out and needs time to settle and the membrane around the nut to stretch and get used to the new size, as hard as a cricket ball, very hard to stop pumping even though I only do once per week

That must feel incredible! Do you think that pumping has dramatically increased the size of your hydrocele permanently?

Seems that a similar version is available in Canada.

Check out this IKEA 365+ from IKEA.

Opening is about 5.25inches.

Could be worth a try.
