Thanks, but I will extend the time between 2 sessions to shrink the swelling to be able to wear my low hanger weights again

What I've noticed is that the scrotum will usually get much tighter than the foreskin/shaft skin when you place the needle in the scrotum. I've tied off at the base of the shaft and put the needle in the shaft skin and filled only my penis and it gets super full that way.

I do not really care for tissue grow at the shaft.
My aim is to achieve tissue grow at the scrotum to be able to stretch it to low hangers by using weights.

One thing to note, if your main foal is to grow nice low hangers, gas inflation might not be the best...any growth you get will be spherical and it'll tend to thicken the skin so less hang. For that you're better off using cylinder pumps and weights

usually yes, with a tie off and enough pressure, the head can swell up. Mine always does when I inflate.

I've never seen anyone talking about injecting directly into the corpus cavernosa or the glans, nor have I seen anyone's glans inflate. It goes without saying that I have not personally experienced this either. .

I've only ever seen a single article talking about injecting CO2 into the corpus cavernosa for the sake of improving erectile dysfunction. Uncharted territory?

I would assume you'd also have to be circumcised for this to happen "naturally" otherwise you'd prolly have to pull the foreskin back and try and squeeze it up into the glans. You can inflate then use a penis pump to pull the gas up into the glans too and it feels pretty good because it's almost instant swell compared to pumping. Just make sure the needle site isn't going to get sucked into the pump or it will cause bruising and is an infection risk.

What doesn't feel good at all is if you're not tied off well enough. Happened to me once and gas goes into the glans than forced it's way into my cavernosa and it felt terrible. I was also pretty scared I just forced a bunch of gas into my bloodstream and was going to have an embolism lol. Wouldn't recommend doing this on purpose at all.
