I've been circumcised, have a meatotomy, and removed my frenum. Plan is to go into sub territory to my circ scar at least. From there, who knows. What about you?

I was circumcised as baby. Right now my sub is a little way past my circ scar and my head is split maybe a little over half way. I just pierced my head and plan to cut it out after it’s healed to stop regrowth. It this works I will continue piercing and cutting. Eventual plans is a 3/4 sub and split the dorsal side of my cock to the circ scar.

Serveral piercings have come and gone, PA, Ampallang, 4 skin. PA grew out at 10mm and left a horrible looking hole (to my eyes). During Covid got bored and enlarged it so a meato.. now its a part sub measuring 6cm from tip towards my sack. Have also cut the head a few times too.

Aiming for just another 1cm on the top, have already done half a cm but the head can be slow going due to regrowth.

As I have quite a scar from shaft alcohol injections I would go for a low circ before going into subincision.
Actually cutting a T underneath the glans at the end of the meato, And there is still some glans to split.
