I start with my Foreskin Pulled Right Back then as I start to pack the tube I gradually work my foreskin over the head which seems to produce a uniform thickness all the way down my shaft

I recently stumbled across the same trick by accident when I kind of rolled my foreskin forward adjusting the tube part way through a session.
Once I've been in the tube for 10 or 15 minutes I kind of roll my outer foreskin forward while holding it back at the base at the same time. Sometimes I need to use a fingertip to help but it basically just rolls the inner foreskin down inside the outer foreskin, then it just sits neatly under my glans for an almost circumcised look. I get no donut and the swelling seems to spread along the shaft better, rather than being focused more at the base and head.

Not only by pumping you can get a nice swollen foreskin. Rub your glans with stinging netlles. Just read my post in an other topic:
