Adjustable breast implants

Many years ago I saw a news story where an actress had adjustable breast implants so she could change the size when she wanted to.
There was an access port (for lack of a better term) on her under arm where they could put in a needle and add or take our saline.

I've never heard of this since. Kind of a cool idea, anyone know of a dr that would do this?

they're called expanders. my girlfriend has them. they're rated for up to a certain amount and allow for gradual willing up to the desired size (DDD in her case). pretty common afaik.

No, this was different. She would go and enlarge or reduce whenever she wanted.
