First, amazing results. I'll reach out in a DM if you don't mind chatting about your experience.

For this, you just used air? I've read a few posts here and there about using ambient air, and it makes me a little nervous, seems more risky than doing this kind of stuff already is. I think it's best to try to mitigate any dust/germs/etc. as much as possible. Did you have any side effects after you were done?

Has anyone considered a filter of some kind? Today, a little research pointed me to Sterile Syringe Filters. I wonder if these would work for this application?

Hmmm, didn't know those existed. I think they'll be designed for filtering liquids and not gas so their effectiveness will be reduced in that aspect. Better than nothing though...

Something else to keep in mind, it takes much longer to reabsorb air than it does N2O if you don't force it out the injection site after. Even then you won't get it all out. In my experience you're looking at days to reduce initially vs hours and weeks vs days to fully reabsorb.

Be safe and have fun!

I've always forced the air out the injection site after I was done inflating, something about leaving it blown up makes me nervous. Would you leave yours inflated when you'd do it? Anything worth mentioning?

When I do N2O, I usually do several max pressure inflations, letting the pressure off in between (you can see this in any of the videos I've posted). When I'm done I let the pressure off a bit and remove the tie off quickly to avoid "blowback" up into the fat pad. It's 90% gone after a few hours, ttoally re-absorbed after a week or so.

When I used to do air I'd do the same thing with less pressure and by the end the tissues start getting infused and it gets difficult to push out the hole. I never had any issues but if the air has contaminants in it, the longer it's inside you the more chance there is to cause problems.

Insert I'm not a doctor comment here...

Be safe and have fun!

I'm probably going to try infusion with air at some point, I've bought some inline filters for syringes and some others that advertise as HEPA filters for homebrew, hopefully lowering infection risks. I want to try this because I have a set up where someone can remotely control my aquarium pump's power.

Does regular air sting any when infusing?

It makes no difference whether it pumps air or N2O. It doesn't Sting.

for me personally, air stings a little bit, but it's not that bad, I always take a good amount of Tylenol before I infuse, as for infection risk, I've never used filters, then again I've only ever used manual hand pumps, but obviously better to be safe than sorry.

Appreciate the input. I know air definitely is a hard pass for some on this forum. Allegedly, PolandN2O (still active on Twitter), claims he did Air inflations for a year and nothing remarkable from doing so. Always good to hear when something has been done before.

oh yeah, PolandN2O has done loads of air inflations, he kinda developed his own filter thing, cotton balls soaked in saline I believe. For the most part air seems to be relatively safe

Obviously this infusion stuff is already pretty risky, but I'd have to say just plain air is the most risky (even if it's filtered) just because of how it easily it gets trapped in the body tissues and you simply have to wait it out. I can't imagine if it started traveling up my body. I remained considerably more inflated than I was with either N2O or CO2 despite my efforts to remove as much air as possible after I was done. For now, I have a pretty dull ache around my left testicle and my pelvic area. It's only really noticeable when I move around, but it is uncomfortable.

exactly dude, air is really sexy cause it's kind of the "forbidden" form of inflation, but the aftermath sucks, takes me about 1 week for the discomfort to subside, about 2-3 weeks to get down to a manageable size, and nearly a full month before I'm back to normal size

My experience too, it wasn’t worth it. I prefer good ol saline. I still have yet to try n2o though. Can’t imagine how big I’d get with all the stretching I’m doing now :D

dude N2O is amazing, the size you can reach in a few seconds, and the fact you can add more as your body absorbs it, and to be back to normal size in 1-2 hours, absolutely worth it.
