Hi,

I'm a long term reader.
I started 3 years back with a 8mm plug.
Quickly i got to 10mm taper, in weeks time.

Since then i always was stuck on 10mm.

10mm hegars no problem, but 11mm isn't going in.
Now i always had a 12mm taper plug, and was playing with it and it slided in with a lot of foreplay and a little pain.

But immediately it is stuck, like my cock is gripping on it.
It doesn't come out, only with long hard (painful) pulling sessions.

My cock is sore for a few days, and then i try agan.
Now i have inserted it 3 or 4 times and my cock keeps gripping it.
Like its glued on.

Is there a lubricant that keeps everything smooth?
I use KY gel, and it seems tu gum up a little.

Does the grippy sensation get less after more sessions?

I also know the feeling when the plug seems to be glued in.
It is getting worse the longer it stays in.
It is getting better over time with further stretching from my experience.

I use a water based lubricant, as I also play with silicone plugs.

What is probably happening is the tightness is squeezing out the water based lubricant and now you have the friction of the raw flesh against the plug. You need a lube that doesn't squeeze out You can try something like Vasoline.

I had that happen before too, and had to wrap a rubber pad around the dilator and use pliers to remove it.
A few years ago I took a squishy silicone ring and cut it, putting a taper on one end. I had to use a funnel to squish it to fit my opening (<½"), but once in it stayed and produced a constant stretch. Mind you, I made sure it never went in all the way or I would have had to visit the ER for surgery to remove it. There are better options for tapered silicone dilators than what I did, but the constant stretch could help out between using the metal ones.

Scary when it gets stuck, isn't it? Light tension over twenty or thirty minutes, and some hot towels, will get it out without making things sore.

Water-based lubes like KY will be absorbed, and then the sound will get stuck.

Plain old petroleum jelly (vaseline) works reasonably well. Oil-based lubes like Boy Butter or Elbow Grease work better, but probably not better-enough to make it worth the price difference.

By hand pulling it out while pushing my cockhead/glans off the plug does hurt (the pushing hurts)

Just constantly pulling does hurt barely, just took very long.

Use a rubber band to attach a piece of string to the sound and attach something of modest weight to it. Let gravity do the work. Lots better than yanking at it. Hot towels, bath, or shower.
