I’ve been pumping everyday for about 32 days straight with Neon pumpers advice and I have also been ball spanking before pumps and I have developed some small hydroceles that are now becoming slowly larger and more permanent. So far this routine seems to work.

I’m getting a lot of stares at my man spread lately! 😂
Don’t just sit there, PUMP IT! :D
