I would like to ask what is the fastest way to infuse breasts, needle size, infusion point, how many points at the same time and so on, thanks for useful tips

no need for speed. it'll take about 1-2 hours and the infusing time a pleasurable experience. Its a different sensation than anything else and its great.

Placement 1 inch above nipple. If you do 2 needles, I do one horizontal in the middle and one right above the nipple. I have a large area to fill so you may not need 2 and I've done one almost every time..

You can most definitely infuse fast. Look at my old posts. I always do pressure infusions. Although with breast i apply pressure to the injected preast after every 50 cc of saline/ glucose to make it spread more and not just get a big tender bump.
After im done infusing the glucose will make them grow bigger in 1-1,5 hours. Thats the real fun part in my opinion.
Pressure infusing in the scrotum i can do half a liter within 5-10 minutes. With breast 15 minutes per breast

How do you pressure infuse? I've had no luck with hips and butt and maybe that's what I need to make them work.

Buy a IV pressure cuff. I’m still using my first one and it was only about $30

I use 60 cc syringes. Does a lot of a better job. Also faster than a pressure cuff.
I connect a three way lever to the syringe so i can switch between drawing from the iv bag to injecting in the breast or scrotum.
I "get" everything from the hospital where i work. Dont know if you can order everything online. (You probably can i think)

Have you ever had any ill effects from going so fast? I'm always afraid to go fast. I assumed the tissue needs to sort of "warm up" to the stretching.

Once i did it to fast. Problem then us that there is locally to much pressure on the tissue. Then when you remove the needle, the hole won't close.
So wgat i do now is inject 50 cc. Then ptess hard to spread the saline over te breast, then inject again and dont do to much.
To compensate i use a higher percentage glucose to get the swelling afterwards. I usually mix a bag 500 cc of glucose 5% with 100 cc 50% glucose. That makes approximately 14%. Stings a bit for 10 minutes but the swelling is nice. I dont go higher percentage than this because of the risk of necrosis.
