Frenum Piercing

Can anyone please answer if you can easily have the Frenum piercing if you are NOT circumcised or are there aspects of foreskin that prevent / make this problematic?

It varies so much, it's probably worth talking with a piercer about it.

If your frenum is basically a flap of skin, the piercing is very easy. If it's a flush string, the piercer has to get up underneath it to make the hole, which is a little more complicated. Some men have no frenum at all, usually due to damage; in those cases, the skin can be pierced the same as a flush frenum.

If you're planning to DIY, hit Google or Bing Images and look at some pictures to see how guys simular to you had it done.

I once decided to cut my frenum, because it was tight for sex..
I cut it under the penis head.
When it was only about 3mm high I pierced it. And kept making the hole bigger stretching with bigger rings and bars . It has gradually flowed to become a loop in the foreskin attached to the head of the penis.
