With an ear syringe, inject 90% isopropyl alcohol into your urethra.

Chop up a hot pepper and mix it with vegetable oil use a turkey baster to inject into your urethra.

I am a fan of shaving cream down the urethra. It causes a nice sting and also a great feeling of fullness as it expands. The longer you keep it in the more it burns. I would make sure you pee it out pretty quickly after doing it or it could really really burn.
