Looking back at my old stuff I got big but, not as big as that guy. 
Of course at the time I was regularly infusing with 1-2 litres on a regular basis... Definitely had some losses on that front with not being able to do that amount very often.

The rate of inflation and even deflation is extremely quick, are you doing that on purpose? Also, the needle gauge you're using seems very large. Just an observation.

I see, I used 24 gauge the first few times, but that made it hard to deflate since the hole was so small. I felt like 22g needles (with a catheter) were perfect. Gas doesn't need a big needle.
