I haven't had this, however I think something like what you are describing is possible, That is removing the penis completely and imbedding the glans nerve bundle in the pubic area. You do not have to remove the erectile bodies. It is quite easy to destroy them.
You make a cut in the middle and stir them with a rod upwards and downwards in your shaft.
This is done for every penile prothesis implant. So you would just not enter the implant and stay limp forever with all feeling still available.
