I’ve got to take a break (mostly for personal reasons), just how do you resist the urge/desire/addiction to pump after, longest I’ve managed in the past was 2-3 weeks. So my question is how do you resist for longer? Just keeping yourself busy/distract yourself?

The longest I have abstain from pumping was 6 weeks whilst on vacation. Frankly it's a misery but for practical reasons I cannot fit a large 2-stage in my carry-on luggage. I do occasionally bring a cock cylinder but I miss the ball pumping. Sigh....

I try to do a max fill infusion at least once every 2 months, with top offs every other week.
In between I will pump 2 to 3 times per week.

This is the regular routine unless I have to travel for work or make a very public appearance.
