Its time!
I feel its time to try my first saline infusion but, where do i get what i need to first, and anyone to give advice.
After seeing Vacbear then i know i want to give it a go.
Anyone?

Amazon... Type : infusion or infusionset... You will find what you need.
Keep clean and shaved. Overheat the room also heat up the saline 45 degrees Celsius... be clean... Use a flashlight to to avoid venes (light through the skin of your sack)... be clean... found a spot without venues? Great... Place the needle in your sack without (!!!) piercing a testicle... Have fun.
If I where you I would start with 500 ml saline not more
