First Time Dextrose 5% (500 mL)

Took the plunge again and did 500 mL of Dextrose 5%.

I definitely enjoy this more than Saline. Didn't sting one bit, and it's definitely got a nice swell to it. Love that it took less than 30 mins to infuse, and it continued to expand for a few hours.

The weight is incredible!

Two questions...

[1] How long does Dextrose 5% swell for? I did drink a lot of gatorade and stayed quite hydrated, which I believe helps with the expansion.

[2] Is it even worth tying off? Haven't experienced too much migration, but that could be because I only did 500 mL.

It’s usually about 2 hours with D5
Tying off only prolongs the bloat and does help avoid cramping if you happen to infuse too much.

Here's another pic that showcases the effect of 500 ml Dextrose 5% after the swelling settled. Can't imagine what 1 L of Dex 5% would look like. Didn't expect to get this big.
