Before pumping, I massage my balls with the massager pictured. While lying down, I place it in my underwear so that it stays neatly in place. This device has four rotating massage balls that simultaneously massage your cock wonderfully. The mass balls rotate alternately clockwise and after a few minutes counterclockwise. I bought one years ago for my back and neck. I didn’t love it and ended up returning. Never thought to use it on my balls though…
