Scrotal infusion in person with hafada piercing

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine asked me to perform his first scrotal saline infusion. I'm honoured he asked me, as a result of my experience on this topic. My friend wears however 9 hafada piercings (scrotal piercing along the the raphe testis, medial on the scrotal skin). I want to know if there are some specific precautions or limitations in relation to this piercings.

I have 7 rings in my sack. Depending on how much I infuse, I sometimes use a little Vaseline to lube the rings because the skin gets pretty tight, but other than that, I've never had any problems with them.
